The hotel is located directly on the pebbly beach of Cavtat, approximately 1200 metres from the town centre. It offers a wide variety of sporting activities, such as diving, water skiing, windsurfing and tennis.
Accommodation
The hotel consists of 305 rooms in five buildings, with lifts. Rooms are equipped with telephones, TV satellite, air conditioning (July/August), hair-dryer, shower and W.C. The Rooms have either balcony with sea view or balcony without sea view. There are also rooms with no balcony but with sea view.

From a choice of the main restaurant or one of the three hotel bars (beach bar, lobby bar or snack bar); the catering service at the Iberostar Epidaurus offers the chance to try freshly made mouth-watering buffets, drinks à la carte and delicious snacks.
Sports & Leisure
Table tennis and bowls are included in the price. In the nearby sports centre 9 clay tennis courts are available, 6 of which are flood lit, for an extra charge. The Sunball Tennis School HQ is also located here. And there is a fully equipped PADI diving centre. Windsurfing and water skiing are available on the beach for an extra charge in midsummer.

All the buildings are interconnected. The complex has a lobby with reception, aperitif-bar, lounge, TV room, non-smoker restaurant, Snack-Bar (with snacks from 12hr to 15hr), souvenir shop. Right next to the beach is a swimming pool for adults and a childrens pool, plus the pool bar, with a large, pleasant terrace. A limited number of sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pools. There is also a Childrens playground. Dances on the terrace and entertainment programme. Children/s club for ages 4 to 13.
