The building is brown in colour and L-shaped with 3 of the 6 elevators dividing the 2 wings down the middle providing an outdoor panoramic view of the area as guests head to their rooms.

It is very large and with its seven-storey atrium, and stained glass windows and occupies a height of at least 4 floors with 3 large magnificent European crystal chandeliers hanging down about 2 floors. The floors are tiled with brown, black, and white circle-patterned marble. There are many sitting spaces with luxurious atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in Nishi-Shinjuku business district, and is next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government offices. It is a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station, and 3 minutes from the nearest subway. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the station and the Airport limousine bus provides transfers between the hotel and Narita and Haneda airports. Tocho-mae station on the Oedo subway line directly connects with this hotel by underground path.
