This landmark hotel is a very large crescent-shaped modern building with lots of glass.
All 726 rooms have recently been renovated and are large, with balconies with views of either the Pacific Ocean to the west or Beverly Hills and Hollywood to the east. They are equipped with marble bath with full spa products and soft bathrobes, and one king or two double Hyatt Grand Beds with ultra plush pillows, the softest of bedding and thick down blankets, all piled upon irresistible pillow-top mattresses. Furnishings are mainly teak and mahogany, with marble-top writing desks. All have high-speed Internet access.
Breeze offers California Cuisine and Sushi. A cafe offers casual dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The X Bar, an indoor and outdoor California lounge, features creative cocktails, eclectic small plates, fire pits and an outside screening wall.
