It is close to all amenities including the historic Hoe, The Barbican and leisure facilities, University, the Continental Ferry and the newly re-designed Plymouth Town Centre. The newly added Drake Circus shopping mall at a cost of £200+m has aided Plymouth's aspiring status as one of the major city centres in the U.K. We are only 3 miles from the Torpoint Ferry crossing making it an easy journey for visitors to H.M.S Raleigh.
