• Restaurant: The restaurant is carefully managed by the chef in collaboration with the owner Mr. Sattanino Pietro, in respect of the most genuine tradition of Ligurian, Mediterranean and International dishes. Using only fresh and seasonal products, the restaurant strives to the continued search of balance between flavour and nutrition. The wines are personally selected by our sommelier, winner of the 2nd International Contest, with particular attention to small Ligurian winemakers and domestic production.
