This Colonial-style mansion is a San Diego landmark located approximately two miles from the San Diego Zoo and Qualcomm Stadium. It's also 17 miles from Tijuana, MX, four miles from the Gaslamp Quarter, six miles from Sea World and Mission Bay. Built by playboy homebuilder Larry Imig, the resort hotel enjoyed unparalleled success. In addition to its impressive guest list, several prominent local figures were permanent residents, including clothier Bill Solof, restaurateur Ray Lubach, and padre Baseball mangers Lefty O'Doul and Bucky Harris. Guests can enjoy the Sorrento Red Fox Restaurant Lounge and Piano Bar, Olympic-size terrazzo tile swimming pool, fitness center, hot tub, snack shop, and gift shop.
