The hotel facilities include an outdoor pool for adults and one for children (both freshwater and open in summer) with direct views over the beach, a large garden and playground, sun loungers, parasols, internet access, wireless internet access, indoor heated swimming pool, two Jacuzzi, hairdresser, sauna, Turkish bath, fitness centre, massage cabin, one tennis court, two squash courts, Golf and seven meeting rooms up to 550 people. The reception is located in a open plan lobby which boasts attractive plants in hanging basket, a fountain in the middle and two panoramic lifts. They also have a convenience store.

The hotel is approximately 200m from the resort's shops, bars and restaurants and the leisure harbour where visitors can practice water sports such as surfing, sailing and diving. The hotel is 45 km from Almeria and minutes away from El Ejido and Punta Entinas nature reserve. The transfer time from Almeria airport is approximately 45 minutes.
