Just a quarter-mile from Old Town Scottsdale, Homestead Scottsdale is approximately eight miles from the Sky Harbor International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Guests can enjoy the on-site heated pool, or discounted passes to the nearby health club. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a minimum $75 pet fee upon check-in. All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and cooking utensils. Other room amenities include work spaces with computer data ports, personalized voicemail, irons with full-size ironing boards, and unlimited local calls for a $1 fee. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to rent a room. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
