Homestead Raleigh offers moderately priced suites suitable for short or extended visits. The hotel features a cardiovascular workout room. Guests receive a complimentary continental breakfast Monday through Friday mornings. Monday through Wednesday evening, guests are invited to attend a social hour for complimentary snacks and beverages. Each guestrooms are fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodations. While there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are dining destinations within a short drive. Guest services include guest laundry facilities, safe deposit boxes, copy and fax services, and parking. The hotel allows pets but restrictions apply. If you plan to bring your pet, please contact the hotel before your arrival to confirm the current pet policy. Guests will be able to reach the Civic Center in five miles and the Raleigh/ Durham airport in approximately 14 miles. There are 88 suites on three floors. Each suite offers a kitchen, bedroom, and separate sitting area. Both non-smoking rooms and rooms equipped for the physically challenged are available upon request. Standard amenities include a dataport telephone with voicemail, desk with two ergonomic chairs, television, alarm clock radio, iron, ironing board, and kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range, dishes, and utensils. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
