The Hawk's Eye Clubhouse Condos are located 40 miles from the Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) and two miles from the slopes.

The building features a full service bar and restaurants, swimming pool, workout facility, and board room. The Hawks eye clubhouse is the newest addition to the resort. Guests can also enjoy the gas fireplace, 42-inch flat screen TV with surround sound, Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and seasonal bar and grill onsite.

The units were built in 2006 and feature panoramic views of Hawks Eye Golf Course. Each luxurious two-bedroom unit offers a king bed, two-queen beds, pull down bed, and has an incredible view of the Hawks Eye Course from the private deck. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Guests of Hawk's Eye Golf Clubhouse Condos will check in at The Check-In Center located at 5820 Shanty Creek Road, Bellaire, MI 49615 at Summit Village at Shanty Creek. The Check-In Center is located in the upper offices at the 4 way stop sign. The Check-In Center is open from 8:30am to 6:00pm Saturday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 8:00pm on Friday.
