Hawks Cay offers a wide variety of accommodations from luxurious guest rooms to 2 or 3 bedroom luxury villas. The property features 177 guest rooms and suites and over 100 Preferred Villas. All of the guest rooms and suites offer West-Indies style d?cor and feature luxury bedding, LCD TV?s, mini-fridge, In-room safe, hair dryer, his and hers bathrobes, dual-line phones and internet access. All of the Preferred Villas feature stylish d?cor, newly renovated kitchens with stainless appliances and granite counters, oversized decks (most with water views), luxury bedding, LCD TV?s, separate dining area, washer and dryer, private parking and intra-resort shuttle service. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please note that the resort charges a daily resort fee of $20 per room and $20 per villa, which is not included in the taxes and gratuities paid at time of booking. The resort fee is payable to the hotel directly upon check-out. The fee includes the following: use of hard tennis courts, fitness center, all swimming pools and lagoons, beach chairs and towels, local and toll-free calls (up to 15 minutes).
