The complex is made up of 6 blocks, 144 apartments in total. The apartments have all the comforts, including air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, equipped kitchen, living room, complete bath, telephone, a safe (local charge), music channel, and a large terrace. The one bedroom apartments have a bedroom with either double or twin beds, it is seperated by the sleeping area in the lounge with a curtain.
