The Grandview Condos are situated within walking distance to Spas, Thai Restaurant, Irish Pub, Martini lounge, grocery store and Georgetown.

The Grandview Condos offer all guests free access to Kings Express Fitness center located 100 yards from the front door and a business center, which includes Internet access. The Grandview has a gorgeous beach with several rock pools and a natural lagoon. High Speed Wireless Internet is also freely available on the pool deck. Grandview has a unique concierge style and will help the guests make bookings and plans to enjoy all the the Cayman Islands has to offer from restaurant reservations, scuba diving, submarine trips, kayak tours, golf tee-time to spa treatments including assistance with wedding plans, wedding, or rehearsal dinners. The dock allows pick-ups for parasailing and the property provides outdoor barbeque grilling areas. The outdoor beach and pool experience is completed with the heated whirlpool spa. There is a lighted tennis court which is freely available to the guest. Roll-aways, cribs, or high chairs can be provided at no charge and most rooms have sleeper sofas.

All the rooms at the Grandview are non-smoking A high-speed Internet access point is available in all rooms and, and most rooms have wireless access. Towels are provided in the rooms and refreshed at least twice per week and as needed and can be used on the pool deck where complimentary chairs, chaise lingers, and tables are provided.

The office is open Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm, and as needed on Saturday from 9 am-1 pm. There is an additional service charge. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is at 2pm on your day of arrival. Check-out is at noon. Check-in at the front office. Provide your name, confirmation and confirmation letter. Please note that rooms are not guaranteed to be available right away, there may be a delay due to cleaning or maintenance issues. If arriving after hours please contact manager on duty by using the courtesy phone at office for check-in. Minimum age required at check-in is 18.
