Each room has the same design and decor. The furniture is simple. The difference between each room category is purely size; otherwise they are the same. All rooms have one queen size bed and one single bed. Rooms start at the 14th to 23th floors, with higher views of Bangkok. The bathroom are small, and standard toiletries are provided.

The hotel has one main restaurant on the second floor, where breakfast is served, along with a Thai buffet lunch and an a la carte dinner menu.

The lobby is medium in size, with air conditioning. The reception area is large, with plenty of welcoming staff. There is some seating available.
