The Grand Hotel Portoroz has exquisite culinary, represented by a fine selection and artistic preparation of meals from Mediterranean and international cuisine. The a la carte restaurant has an elegant ambience overlooking the sea, featuring a fine selection of fondues and flambe dishes as well as specialities typical of Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant Adria offers warm breakfasts, which on request basis are prepared in front of the guests, and selected dinners with rich salad buffet, hors doeuvre as well as dessert buffet. The Istrian Taven Fogoler offers an excellent choice of Istrian dishes and wines in a genuine familiar ambience. A friendly atmosphere at the Café Central includes delicious, homemade pastry and ice creams, always fresh and innovative, and are entertained with pleasant evening events and musical performances. There is also an aperitif bar situated in the lobby of the hotel, which is an ideal place where guests can relax, meet and socialise accompanied by a good cocktail and French cognac.
