Located in a great spot close just outside the town of Grand Case, this property allows guests to the freedom to choose between a night in at the hotel or out at one of the many fine French restaurants in Grand Case. The resort is made up of low-rise white buildings with red tile roofs indicative of the island of St Martin. The long beach curves around an outpost of the island where the pool and restaurant are found.

Each very large one-bedroom apartment is decorated in a lively Caribbean resort theme and rattan furntiture. The bedroom has a king size bed, while the living room can sleep two children on the pullout sofa. All units have a balcony or terrace and face the sea.

The casual restaurant looks out over the sea and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Continental breakfast is included in room rates.

The small reception area leads out to the rooms, tennis courts and dive shop.
