A modern 18 storey hotel, though the exterior gives a rather tired and ageing impression.

Superior room is at 32 square metres and has minimalist decor. The room is bright and has black colour furnishing with dark colour upholstery. Rooms are equipped with coffee/tea making facilities and broadband internet are available at a charge. Bathrooms are small to medium in size, and in fair condition.

Mooi Chin Place located on level 3, offering local delicacies and western dishes. Located on level 5, at the poolside is Riverwalk Tandoor, offering renowned North Indian delights of buffet and a la carte menu. Shades on Level 5, serves western lunch and dinner.

The hotel's small lobby is located on the 3rd floor within its shopping complex. Though small, it is in good condition as the hotel has recently undergone a renovation. There is limited sitting area for guests - with only a few chairs in the lobby.
