Resort amenities also include golf, hot tub, grills, ski rentals and ski storage. The 3 bedroom/3.5 bath Condo holds a maximum of 6 people utilizing 2 Queen Beds and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. Room amenities also include in-room internet access, in-room washer/dryer, fireplace, stereo, VCR/ DVD and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. >p>Checkin Procedures - Check-in at the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. Please call our office at 541-593-5018 if you will be arriving after 7:00 pm for after hours check-in procedures. A non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. Rates are based on double occupancy.
