The Forest Beach Villa is located across the street from Coligny Beach and is the first complex to the right of Coligny Circle. Enjoy tennis courts, a swimming pool, underground parking, and a picturesque lagoon. The well-constructed complex is a short walking distance to shopping and dining. South Forest Beach is located outside the Sea Pines Resort back gate. It is distinguished by a pleasant mix of older beach homes, primary residences, as well as grand oceanfront mansions. It is convenient to bike paths, shopping and dining, as well as minutes away from golf, theater, and museums. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in at the RMC office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Hilton Head SC.Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 2-8pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. For additional check-in information please call 1-888-433-4762. Please call ahead for a lock box code at 1-888-433-4762 ext 11100. Lock boxes are on the left side of the building. Look in the box marked Hilton Head Accommodations for after hours check-in packets. There is a $75.00 Administrative Fee and a $50.00 Peace of Mind Damage Waiver collected at check-in.
