The Flamingo Beach Resort St Marteen offers privately owned, time-share condominium rentals for travelers to St. Maarten. Guests will be able to reach Marigot, the French capitol, in a 10-minute drive and Phillipsburg, the Dutch capitol, in a 15-minute drive. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area.

To enhance your visit, the resort offers laundry facilities, a gift shop, medical services, a 24-hour front desk, and a market. For air transportation, the Juliana International airport is approximately three miles from the hotel. The Phillipsburg port is about 15 minutes away by car.

There are 216 condominiums on five floors. Each guest unit has a separate living room, kitchen (dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster), and bedroom. Ocean and garden views are available. Standard amenities include air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, one king-size bed, balcony or terrace, queen-size sleeper sofa, television, VCR, and telephone with voicemail.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Upon arrival, the resort will require a deposit from the guest for incidentals in the form of a major credit card. Cash and debit cards will not be accepted.
