From 14/03/2009 there will be daily arrivals with three night minimum stay. Accommodation and Facilities The Feldwebel features a total of 34 spacious and well appointed bedrooms, some of which can accommodate three persons. All feature bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone, cable television, radio and safe. Modern features combine with traditional styles to lend the Feldwebel a unique character. In house facilities include reception with adjoining reading/television room, Tyrolean Stube with bar, a la carte restaurant with an historic vaulted ceiling and residents? dining room. Guests will enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast and a four course evening meal with choice of main course and daily salad buffet. The hotel arranges weekly speciality Tyrolean and Italian evenings, along with regular delicious dessert buffets. An apres ski snack from Sunday to Friday is also included. A complimentary drink will be served each evening with dinner (small beer, wine, soft-drink, tea or coffee). A festive meal is included on Christmas Eve and New Year?s Eve. Location The Hotel Gasthof Feldwebel lies in the very centre of the Tyrolean resort of Söll, a few steps away from the small pedestrian centre. It is approximately 1000 metres main Söll-Hochsöll gondola and the free ski bus which operates within the village stops outside of the hotel. Ski Facts Söll is part of Austria?s largest interconnecting ski region, the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, which encompasses the resorts of Söll, Itter, Scheffau, Ellmau, Going, Brixen, Hopfgarten, Kelchsau and Westendorf. The area offers a wide range of runs for all standards and is ideal for beginners and experienced skiers alike. In a recent survey on the Top Resort internet platform, the Skiwelt was placed 4th best in a list of 4000 skiing regions worldwide! A new 8 seater gondola, the Skiwelt-Kitzbuheler Alpen lift, planned to be completed for Winter 2008-09, will complete the final connection in the Skiwelt between the resorts of Brixen and Westendorf. As Westendorf is already connected to Kirchberg (in the Kitzbühel region), by the Ki-West gondola, this new lift will connect the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental to Kitzbuhel-Kirchberg. The entire region, known as the Kitzbuheler Alpen will then be one of the three largest interconnecting ski resorts in the world, and covered by one lift pass, the Kitzbuheler Alpen pass (upgrade on the Skiwelt lift pass).
