This is a medium-rise, modern block set back slightly from the road. There are 2 distinct wings, which create a 'U' shape. To the rear of the hotel are landscaped gardens leading down to the private beach.

The large bedrooms are well decorated and furnished to a high standard with air conditioning and satellite television. Most rooms have balconies, some looking out to sea. The bathrooms are in very good condition, as are the bedrooms.

The large main restaurant is well decorated in attractive colours with a very relaxed atmosphere. A good buffet selection is served, as well as some a la carte choices.

The large lobby is bright and airy with a very relaxed 'resort' atmosphere. There is plenty of casual seating and some traditional Turkish influence.

The hotel is located approximately 5 kilometres from Kusadasi, a short drive from Ephesus and within reach of Pirene, Miletus and Didyma. It is situated directly on the coast, with its own private beach.
