Extended Stay Chesapeake Churchland is designed especially for longer stays with studios featuring fully-equipped kitchens and plenty of work space. The hotel is located approximately seven miles from Commodore Theatre, 15 miles from Hampton University and Norfolk State University, 30 miles from the Virginia Beach oceanfront, 35 miles from Fort Monroe, 40 miles from Busch Gardens, and 45 miles from Fort Eustis.
The property's amenities include the onsite laundry facilities. The hotel also offers complimentary incoming fax, copy service and outgoing fax for a small fee, and fax and postal items delivered directly to guest rooms at the end of each business day. One pet is accepted per guest room. The General Manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests with a pet are charged a $25 daily pet fee (up to a maximum of $75) upon check-in.
Guest units have separate sleeping and working areas, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, personalized voicemail, wireless high-speed Internet access (fees apply), free local calls, and kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, dining cookware and utensils, and stovetops. One full housekeeping service is provided for guests staying seven or more nights. Additional cleanings can be purchased at $10 per service. Towel exchange is available at the front desk for guests staying one to six nights. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
