The Estoril Beach Resort is a new hotel built on the island of Boa Vista, the most fascinating in all Cape Verde, thanks to the white immense dunes that through them on to the Atlantic Ocean, the never-ending beaches that surround the island, these gorgeous sceneries make a perfect holiday to discover the African wild nature. Estoril Beach Resort is situated in a peaceful area in front of Estoril beach just before reaching Sal Rei, the main town in Boavista.
Accommodation
The hotel comprises 22 standard rooms and 24 apartments. The rooms are decorated with the typical Capo Verdian style, spacious, fresh and full of colours, just like the natives. All standard rooms are equipped with bathroom, ventilator on the ceiling, direct dial telephone and satellite TV. The one bedroom apartments are about 50 square metres, with a bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen and terrace. All the apartments are equipped with ventilator on the ceiling in the rooms and living room, phone with a direct line, refrigerator, safe with combination and satellite television. The room is cleaned daily, towels and sheets are changed twice a week and there is the possibility to wash personal clothes. The electricity is 220 volts, the plugs are European. The bedrooms don?t have a hairdryer or towels for the sea side.
Food & Beverage
The restaurant is situated on first floor of the hotel; it has a large room and a big veranda to enjoy the most gorgeous view of the Estoril beach at 50 metres from the hotel and the desert just in front. Breakfast is self service, with a big variety of choices from homemade cakes to scrambled eggs with homemade bread. Lunch and dinner have menu ?a la carte? with international dishes and local dishes. The bar is open from 7am till 12pm (service at night for drinks and water) offering all kinds of local and international drinks. At lunch guests will find snacks at the bar such as goat cheese (typical of the island) with fresh tomatoes, sandwiches, salads, and toast, there is also the possibility to buy cheap pack-lunches to have a picnic on the beach.
Sports & Leisure
Once a week the ?Cabo Verdian Night? is held; a dinner buffet with typical dishes and live music played by typical artists. Also fishing, windsurf and trekking are available.
Facilities & Services
Bahia de Estoril is the new service in partnership with Estoril Beach Resort, offering beach Club, bar, restaurant, grill, beach umbrellas, deckchairs, sea towels, showers, sunset aperitif, cocktails, snacks, cold food, music to dance, excursions by horses, by sand kart or by boat to the Ilheu de Sal Rei. The guests of Estoril Beach Resort will have beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sea towels with a discount. The hotel also offers safe deposit box at the reception, emergency medical service, laundry service and transfers to and from the airport.
