The Hotel Erzsebet was opened in 1873, the year when Budapest, Hungary's capital was born by the union of three small villages: Pest, Buda and Óbuda (Old Buda). The small hotel was named with her permission after Sissi, Queen Elizabeth (Erzsébet), the wife of Emperor Francis Joseph, ruling the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy at that time. As a result of recent reconstructions, this hotel offers freshly refurbished and beautifully appointed rooms, equipped with modern amenities. Business facilities - Audio/Visual Equipment
