The building is modern in appearance and sandstone coloured. It is located on the corner of two main streets and is quite large, featuring balconies to two sides of the building. There are also a bank and a travel agency on the ground floor.

Bedrooms are medium to large in size and modern and stylish in appearance. Most rooms have balconies and are well appointed with modern amenities and do not feel at all cramped. The bathrooms are medium sized and well decorated and compliment the good image of the rooms.

Situated behind the reception area on the ground floor of the hotel, the restaurant is open plan and well presented. The buffet area is at the rear of the restaurant and an excellent selection of food is available.

A large area incorporating a good seating area that is part of the bar, the reception area is well laid out. The reception desk greets guests, being located directly in front of the entrance doors with everything else to the left side.

The hotel is ideally located for tourists as it is in the centre of Mostar giving good access to tourist attractions and shops and restaurants.
