There is one major building including the lobby and the restaurants. The rooms are spread around the main building in the form of apartments. The architecture is traditional and quite impressive. There is very nice, large pool with a beautiful view of the palm tree park.

The rooms are of good size and decorated with green curtains and bed- spreads. The walls and ceiling are white. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in good condition.

There are two main restaurants. One offers a "a la carte" menu with Tunisian dishes. Breakfast and dinner buffets are served in the other restaurant' which is elegantly decorated.

The lobby is quite spacious and offers comfortable seatings.

The hotel is located in the tourist area . It is only 2 kilometres from the city centre and 2 kms from the international airport.
