The hotel is located on the picturesque turquoise bays of Côtes de Carthage in the ancient city of Gammarth. Founded by the Phoenicians, then rebuilt by the Romans, the ancient city has many impressive ruins that lie opposite the sea. A short stroll away, the elegant village of Sidi Bou Said invites visitors to stroll amongst its houses with blue wooden balconies and bougainvillaeas.

All rooms are equipped with air condition (high summer season), terrace or balcony, full bathroom, telephone, satellite TV (one english speaking channel), safe (for hire) and mini bar (for hire).
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of early breakfast (02:00-06:00), breakfast (06:00-10:00), late breakfast (10:00-11:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals draught and bottled beer, wine, soft drinks, concentrated juices and mineral water are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests once a week and with prior reservation is the A la carte dinner. Snacks are available between 14:00-16:00 & 22:00-03:00 as well as sandwiches (11:00-12:30) and pizza (12:30-16:00). Tea & coffee time is from 16:00 till 18:30. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like liqueurs, appetizers, spirits, cocktails, draught beer, filtered coffee, espresso, milk, hot chocolate, Turkish coffee and mint tea are served from 09:00 till 24:00 at designated bars.

Situated on the property there are buffet and a la carte restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar, a pool bar, a Moorish café and a discotheque. It should be noted that some bars and outlets are seasonal.

Spend some free time at the outdoor and covered swimming pools, (a children pool is also available), private beach with sun beds and parasols, tennis, archery, table tennis, billiards, petanque, darts, a variety of water sports, daytime and evening entertainment, mini golf, mini club for children (5-12 years), fitness centre with hammam and sauna and a thalassotherapy centre. Some facilities and activities are at a charge.

Tunis, the modern capital with numerous places of interest to discover, is approximately 15km away from the property. Travel time from Tunis airport is approximately 30 minutes dependant on city traffic and around three hours from Monsatir airport dependant on traffic.
