The El Cordova Hotel is a 1902 mansion, renovated as a Spanish village, located approximately a block from the beach and five miles from San Diego International Airport. This location is also across from the historic Hotel Del Coronado, a block from Glorietta Bay, four miles from Gaslamp Quarter, six miles from Old Town, eight miles from San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, and 16 miles from Tijuana. Hotel amenities include the 20 boutique shops, three restaurants, and courtyard with heated pool. The hotel also offers valet laundry service, laundry facilities, underground parking ($6 a day), courtyard barbecue grills, and 24-hour front desk service. All rooms feature bathrooms (with showers), cable TV, and ceiling fans (no air-conditioning). Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
