Accommodations include 232 air-conditioned deluxe rooms or deluxe junior suite with garden or ocean views, suites and presidential suites each offering the following amenities which will surely satisfy even the most demanding of guests. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, 27? cable TV, hair dryer, mini bar refreshed daily, electronic safety deposit box, stereo/CD player, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, private terrace, hammocks, twice-daily maid service and 24 hour room service.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of Continental breakfast (06:30-07:00), breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-15:00) and dinner (18:30-22:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Hacienta. During meals soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and prepared drinks are offered. Four a la carte restaurants are also at the disposal of AI guests for diner, serving after 18:00; Mexican (El Charro, after 18:30), Italian (Casanova), Asian (Senggigi), Sushi bar (Gohan). Snacks such as sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs, pasta, French fries etc are available at the Charro restaurant between 11:30 & 17:00. Tea time is from 16:00-18:00 at the main restaurant. AI drinks include all kind of international & local alcoholic & non?alcoholic drinks like rum, brandy, vodka, gin, tequila, beer, amaretto, liquors, etc and they are served from 10:30-01:00 at selected bars.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include a variety of land sports, tennis, all non motorized water sports like kayaking, sailing, snorkelling, as well as programmed entertainment which offers night shows, dancing lessons, contests etc. Complimentary golf is included at El Camaleon Mayakoba, a Greg Norman designed, PGA Tour championship golf course. Tee times must be booked with the hotels concierge atleast 1 day in advance. Complimentary golf only applies to tee times after 12noon, anyone wishing to play before this will incur an extra charge.
