Accommodation
The hotel comprises of 376 guest rooms and suites tastefully decorated with elegant furnishings, dining area, mini bar, satellite television. Each has a spacious private terrace perfect for relaxing and sunning with views of the ocean, beaches, lagoon or gardens. Several provide private whirlpools and other enhanced luxury amenities and service. The deluxe rooms are comfortable with an ample balcony and a variety of views (Isla Mujeres beach, tropical lagoon, or pool). Guest rooms in the Pyramid building offer King-size bed or two double beds (no extra bed placed in room for third person ? adult or child), private balcony, marble floors, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, direct dial phone, satellite TV, mini bar, electronic safe box, electronic keyhole, air-conditioning with individual control. First-floor rooms have a hammock on the balcony. Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy. Also available upon request are; adjoining bedrooms, non-smoking bedrooms and handicapped rooms for disabled people. Also note that any of the massage services can be enjoyed in the privacy of your room.
All Inclusive Food & Drinks
The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet or A la Carte style, served in different outlets within the property. At the disposal of the AI guests is the Oceana sea food restaurant (12:00-16:00 & 18:00-23:00), the World Cafe with international cuisine (07:00-23:00, buffet breakfast from 07:00-11:00), the Himitsu restaurant (Panasian specialties, daily from 18:00-23:00) and the Sea Side Grill offering cocktails, snacks and seafood specialties (11:00-17:00 & 18:00-23:00, adults only). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Barracuda Bar (tropical drinks), the Azucar Caribbean bar with live Latin music (from 22:00, Mon-Sat, complimentary admission & two drinks), the Rendez?Vous bar with live music as well (10:00-midnight), the swim-up bar Manatees (10:00-17:00) and the Sugar Reef beach bar (10:00-17:00). 24hor room service is also available.
All Inclusive Sports & Entertainment
Sport facilities at the hotel include fitness centre, explorer?s kids club with supervised activities (09:00-22:00, 3-12yrs old), activities for teenagers aged 13-17yrs old (14:00-21:00), tennis, golfing, jogging path, kayaks, hobbie cats, water bicycles and snorkelling. Complimentary golf is included at El Camaleon Mayakoba, a Greg Norman designed, PGA Tour championship golf course. Tee times must be booked with the hotels concierge atleast 1 day in advance. Complimentary golf only applies to tee times after 12noon, anyone wishing to play before this will incur an extra charge. Please note, golf buggies are mandatory and cost $70 per cart.
