The community amenities include three free-form swimming pools with Jacuzzis, shade palapas, barbeque areas, air-conditioned gymnasium, and sand volleyball court. Specialized property amenities include welcome basket, on-site Internet cafe, and private onsite laundry facilities. Pets are not allowed.

The unit amenities include air-conditioning, alarm clocks, cable TV, fully equipped kitchens, balconies, coffee pots, housekeeping, telephones, refrigerators, and washers and dryers. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check In time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. Check in is at Costa Rica Luxury Rentals office located in the Marina Village, next to Arco Azul Spa and Salon. At check-in, you are required to leave a 200 damage deposit, which will be returned to you upon the successful inspection of your rental unit. For all check ins after 12:00 am, and before 8:00 am, CRLR will leave a sealed envelope with keys, Beach club pass and Welcome Letter at the designated community guard gate of the condo you have chosen to rent, eg Del Mar 5B: DEL MAR GUARD GATE.
