Located in the heart of a 350-year-old national historic Landmark Village, our unique guestrooms of distinct size and shape embody the heritage of Old Deerfield. Built as an inn in 1884 and decorated with period antiques and reproductions, a feeling of comfort and home prevail. With 23 rooms, a stellar dining room, convivial tavern, two pretty living rooms and porch, the inn is filled with friendly nooks and alcoves where you can read, relax, socialize with friends or take a catnap. Rooms available are king, queen, and twin-sized bed all with private bath with shower. Bright and airy guestrooms feature a TV, ice buckets, glasses, full closet with mirror, iron and board, hairdryer, make-up mirror, quality amenities, and comfortable chairs with reading lamp.
Location: A peaceful, timeless village life goes on outside our windows, with working farms, 14 museum houses and exhibition center to visit, country walks, friendly folk antiquing, bookshop browsing and buggy rides, nearby boating, fishing, skiing and golfing, and summertime swimming in the gentle river.
Restaurant: Deerfield Inn Restaurant: The Deerfield Inn's restaurant is known as one of the finest in the region. Lazy days begin with a full country breakfast, you can enjoy a light self-service lunch on the garden terrace, wander in for a quiet afternoon tea, and wind down with a candlelit dinner at the end of the day. The inn has an extensive all-American wine list to compliment your meal and our chef uses the freshest local ingredients. The cuisine is New American.
