The rooms are large, modern in decoration and equipped to 5 star standard. Bathrooms are trimmed with gold, spotlessly clean and having both bath and shower. Some rooms on upper floors have a citadel view.

The hotels has three restaurants, including the "Chehrazade" and the panoramic restaurant "La Citadelle". Guests can find also two snack bars, two bars and the dance club.

The reception area is large and well designed.
