Fresh produce selected daily from the hydroponic farm is used in the Mediterranean cuisine infused with the flamboyant flavors and spices of the Caribbean. A balanced collection of wines carefully selected from around the world complement the gourmet cuisine. Café Mediterraneo, located poolside, is a short stroll from the beach.
