The Crystal Peak Lodge is the new condominium property located at the base of Breckenridge Ski Areas Peak 7. The Lodge offers guests the convenience of a ski-in ski-out location and a private stop on the BreckConnect Gondola.
The property amenities include 24 hours front desk, elevators, restaurants, wireless internet, hot tubs, ski shop, ski storage, grand lobby with fireplace, underground parking garage, fitness room, indoor pool, and concierge services.
The property rooms are equipped with amenities like full kitchens, living room with fireplace, private balcony with mountain views, upscale furnishings, and spacious living areas. Condominiums also feature a sleeper sofa in the living area, washer and dryer, coffee makers, DVD player, TVs, safe, telephones, microwaves, refrigerators, humidifier, hairdryer, and jetted tub.
All guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of $15.00 USD per room upon check-out. This taxable daily resort fee includes parking, internet access, and other services and amenities to enhance your visit. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please Note: A 2% civic assessment is charged on all sales of tangible personal property (including food & beverage and lodging charges) within the Breckenridge Mountain Master Association (BMMA) boundary. This assessment provides funding for the BMMA (which is a non-profit corporation) to provide maintenance and upkeep of the common areas within such boundary.Please note that all hotel guests are responsible for paying the property's daily resort fee of $15.00 USD (taxable) per room upon check-out. Resort fees are collected directly by the hotel.
