The well established family run Hotel Crystal has 40 bedrooms, each equipped with bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone and cable television. Some rooms also have balcony. The Hotel Crystal features reception, pleasant dining room, bar and traditional Stube, Zirbenstube, sun terrace and hairdresser. A Finnish sauna, steam-bath, infrared cabin (each daily from 16:00 ? 18:00), children?s playroom plus small outdoor play area and table tennis are also available. Massages, a solarium, bicycle hire and internet access can be arranged for a small local charge. Free daily entrance to St. Johann?s Panorama Badewelt leisure complex is included (open from mid May until mid October). In house facilities and services for children include a children?s playroom, small outdoor play area, complimentary ice cream from 15:00 ? 16:00 and a daily children?s menu. Guests will enjoy a welcome drink, an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast, a midday snack from 11:30 ? 12:30 (eg. salad or soup), a cup of coffee with cake from 15:00 ? 16:00 and a three course evening meal with choice of main course plus salad buffet. A complimentary drink is also included each evening with dinner (small beer, wine or soft drink). Once weekly the hotel hosts a speciality Tyrolean Buffet Evening.

The Hotel Crystal is in a quiet location, just across from the main Harschbichl lift station, approximately 400 metres from the centre of St. Johann and a short walk from the Panorama Badewelt leisure centre. The train station is approximately 600 metres from the hotel.

Swimming and Water Activities: St. Johann?s Panorama Badewelt leisure centre features an indoor swimming pool with water slide and children?s area, an outdoor pool with slide and diving platform, a pool for non swimmers, children?s pool with baby slides, playground, beach volleyball and badminton, table tennis, outdoor chess and sunbathing area. Furthermore there are various saunas, an aromatic bath, infrared cabin, foot baths, a relaxation area, indoor dip pool with waterfall and a cafe. A range of massages and a solarium are also available. Golf: The 9 hole, 72 par, Golf & Country Club Larchenhof, with its 6 hole Golf Academy, is 9 kilometres from St. Johann.
