All rooms are furnished plantation-style with large French doors leading to private balconies. Ocean Deluxe rooms have two double beds. Rooms are situated on first, second and third floors, there are no elevators.

There are three restaurants in the hotel. Open aired and classically Caribbean, the main dining room is located on the east side of the lobby and open for breakfast and dinner. Another restaurant is located next to the pool and overlooks the sea and echoes the cobalt blues and greens of the Caribbean Sea with an open kitchen serving sandwiches and salads. In the evening guests can visit the casual restaurant/bar located above the lobby.

Set within a four acre site, the property is located 5 miles east of Montego Bay and 10 minutes drive from the International Airport. The beach borders the full length of the property.
