The Courtyard is approximately seven miles from downtown Charlotte and nine miles from Charlotte/Douglas International Airport. Every morning, a reasonably priced breakfast buffet is served in the Courtyard Cafe. Hotel amenities include pool, whirlpool, exercise room, and laundryroom. All rooms have cable TV, work desks, two-line phones, voicemail, dataports, weekday newspaper delivery, complimentary in-room coffee, irons and ironing boards, and hairdryers. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. All Marriott Brands in North America, with the exception of Marriott Vacations Club International, have a smoke-free policy. Guests are permitted to smoke in designated areas outside the building.
