The hotel is in typical Swiss chalet style with a dark wooden facade.

The rooms have all been newly decorated in rustic style. They are simply but tastefully furnished with pine furniture. Many have balconies with stunning views of the Matterhorn. They vary a little in size, from small to medium sized and are in very good condition, as are the bathrooms.

The typically Swiss rustic restaurant is pleasantly light and airy with long windows commanding lovely views over the village and the Matterhorn beyond.

The lobby is medium sized. It features various typical Swiss rustic touches and creates a cosy, welcoming first impression.

The hotel is located at the top end of Zermatt, about 10 mins walk from the station.
