The hotel is located in a leafy residential square surrounded by traditonal white-façade Victorian buildings, 1-min walking distance of the entrance to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The nearby Bayswater is a lively area full of restaurants and shops and home to a large shopping centre Whiteleys. The hotel also lies walking distance of the trendy Notting Hill area and the famous Portobello market. There are several tube stations in the proximity (nearest being Lancaster Gate, 3 min walk), providing easy access to any parts of central London. Paddington train station with direct train links to Heathrow airport is 5-min walk away.

ROOMS
Rooms are reported to vary in size due to the historical nature of the building, but most are small to medium in size. Standard rooms are tastefully furnished in a simple, but elegant and modern style featuring dark wood furniture and white bed covers. Bathrooms are reported to be reasonably sized, are in good condition, clean and well-maintained.

The Red Bar provides an informal and relaxing setting for guests to enjoy a drink.
There is no restaurant in the hotel; however there are many to choose from in the surrounding area.
A continental breakfast is included (a full English option is available at an extra charge) and served Monday to Friday 7.00till 10.00am and 7.30 till 10.30am on weekends.
