Welcome to Clare House, a 4 star silver awarded Grade II listed town house dating back to the 1870s, constructed by the town's famous benefactor, George Burt. Our aim is to provide you with a home from home at the beautiful seaside resort of Swanage. We are ideally situated 200 metres from the award-winning beach and the pier, with the town centre restaurants and pubs only a few minutes walk away. We are also only a few minutes away from Durlston Country Park and the cliff-top walks along the beautiful heritage coast. Clare House has been thoughtfully renovated and refurbished to a high standard and possesses a calm and relaxing atmosphere. With a choice of bright and spacious rooms, all en-suite and well equipped. We offer home made or locally sourced produce. Your full English or vegetarian breakfast is served in our elegant dining room, or if you wish, you may have a Continental breakfast delivered to your room.
