A modern high rise block, the hotel is built of white concrete with the bottom floors covered in glass. The building is smart and new in appearance.

Bedrooms are medium-sized and well presented. White walls and a dark coloured carpet present an image of a modern hotel. The hotel rooms are up to the standard expected of this class of hotel. Bathrooms are medium-sized and white tiled.

The restaurant, available only to groups by previous arrangement, is small and on a separate floor. It is decorated with a red carpet and white walls and ceiling and is quite elegant and comfortable. There is also a bar area which is often used by local people and is very lively.

The reception area is small and there are only a few seats available. A reception desk is located to the right hand side on arrival. The lobby is light and bright in appearance with a white ceiling and marble effect grey and black floor. Furniture is light-coloured wood and the effect is smart and pleasant.

Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel is located on the junction of two reasonably quiet streets next to the casino. The old city centre can be explored easily from here and there is good transportation nearby.
