Located in the Rocky Mountains, this resort is one mile from both Steamboat Ski Area and Routt National Forest. The 56 suites have kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, and ovens. Cable TV and DVD players are included. The resort features indoor pool, saunas, tennis, basketball, spa tubs, a mini-golf course, and outdoor grilling areas. A ski shuttle is available. Boats, trailers and RV's cannot be accomodated. Non smoking rooms are not available at this resort. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Non-smoking rooms and handicap accessible accommodations available.Please note all guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.Please be advised effective on 10/6/07 there will be a $3.99 resort fee applied to each guests nightly bill. Guests will be responsible for paying this fee at the time of check out.
