This is a pleasant family run hotel. It is basic with regard to its furnishing and decor but good value and away from the hustle and bustle of central Edinburgh. (KB 07/2008).

This lodge house is over 100 years old, yet is equipped with many modern facilities; tea and coffee making facilities, satellite television; all rooms are ensuite. The rooms are basic but clean in decor in keeping with the rest of the property.
There is just a small breakfast room located on the ground floor.
Small in size, with a small reception area.
Situated in Inverkeithing, Scotland, this hotel is just a few miles north of Edinburgh and close to the World Famous Forth Railway Bridge. The railway station is only a four minute walk from the hotel and connects directly to central Edinburgh, which is only a further fifteen minute journey away. A taxi from Edinburgh takes 20 minutes approximately.
