Upon arrival guests receive an identification card which must be shown always & before order. A ticket should be signed as well. The card is personal and not transferable and must be returned to the reception while checking out. Only each guest?s consumptions are included in the AI concept. Inviting non-AI clients requires full charge. In case of fraudulent use of the identification, the consumptions and/or services object of this fraudulence will be charged to the bill. In case the identification card results damaged, guests should contact the reception.
