The nine Innsbruck skiing areas are Nordpark (Innsbruck), Patscherkofel (Igls), Axamer Lizum, Muttereralm (Mutters), Kühtai, Rangger Köpfl (Oberperfuss), Glungezer (Tulfes), Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes) and the Stubai Glacier. There are 78 lifts and 282 kilometres of pistes in the entire Olympia SkiWorld region and a free ski bus service operates to all areas.
For a good range of runs, snow security and a relatively short journey time, we recommend skiing at the Axamer Lizum. This is a snow-sure domain, offering spectacular views of Innsbruck and the surrounding region.
