The condos include cable TV and VCRs, CD and DVD players, free local telephone service, answering machines, and free Internet hookup.

There is a cleaning/linen fee and a non-refundable damage waiver charged and collected at check-in by MBM. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Registered guest may pick up keys. Check-in is at 1500 Hwy 17 N. suite 206, Surfside Beach, SC between 4-5pm or call by 5pm to make other arrangemnts. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT TO CHECK-IN UNLESS ASKED TO DO SO. Check-out time is 10am sharp. Minimum age required to make reservations is 25. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, you must call prior to that time to make other arrangements to pick up your keys.
