Family owned and managed. A high standard of comfort exists in all our rooms and many also have sea views, offering panoramic views over the Firth of Clyde. The Hotel is fully licensed, with the bar-restaurant open all day serving morning coffee, lunch, snacks and dinner to both residents and non-residents. Guests can sit in our Clyde Suite and Dining Room overlooking the magnificent views of the Clyde Estuary and beyond. During the summer months there is seating on our outside balcony enabling guests to enjoy their meals and refreshments outdoors, if they desire. The Restaurant offers relaxed formal and informal dining and features a selection of meals with menus changing throughout the day. The bar opens all day and will be serving coffees and pastries from 9am onwards making it an ideal location for breakfast meetings, morning coffee, lunch, right through to after work cocktails, dinner and night outs. Our menus are both seasonal and regional, concentrating on local speciality ingredients and dishes. We aim to produce a unique menu and pride ourselves on the fact that everything is homemade. The Argyll Hotel is also renowned for our traditional steak pie, Sunday lunch and high teas.
