Rooms are functional and clean. Many rooms are dormitory style and have bunk beds so clients may have additional beds in their rooms but these will not be sold. Rooms are not en-suite therefore have shared bathrooms, these are basic but clean.

The reception area is on the 1st floor - up a flight of stairs - as there is no lift in this building it is not suiable for those less mobile.
